Error using Adobe sign

This happens on all of my computers and on both the desktop Acrobat DC App and web based app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice. This is NOT a billing issue. I have contacted Adobe support everyday for the past four days and the problem has yet to be solved. Does anyone have any idea of what I can try?

Your Adobe Sign account has been correctly provisioned now. Please try to use "Send for Signature" service using the below link:

- https://documents.adobe.com/

*Make sure you login using your Adobe ID.

You will also be able to use the Send for Signature tool though Acrobat DC application.

I have repeatedly tried on the web browser as well. Still not working.

We are on day 5 of this and everyday is has cost me clients and revenue. This must be resolved ASAP!
