Error when signing a document

Hello,

 

I am trying to sign a document that I received, but I keep receiving the same error: Error message: Unhandled Error: 200123142543421.app-aXX (where XX is two digits, most frequently 10, 18 and 23).

I've tried Windows 7 and 10, Explorer, Firefox and Chrome, same results.

 

What is the issue?

Is this happening when you attempt to sign from a link in your email? Have you tried copying the link and pasting into an incognito (private) browser window?

Yes, this is a document link I have received by email.

I had not tried copy/pasting the link previously, but I just did and received the same error except the last string was b16.
