Error while attempting to log in Acrobat e-Sign

I recive an error : To start using Adobe Acrobat Sign, please reach out to your administrator to create a Support ticket to link and Name of the company

My collegues does not have this problem and are able to log in.

You probably have an entitlement issue.  You should contact Adobe thru their hcat, so they can archive your account.
