I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing an error when linking Adobe Sign to Salesforce.
We request you to please have the Salesforce system admin log into the Salesforce account-->>Adobe Sign Admin tab-->>Launch Setup wizard ->>Sign into Adobe and enter the credentials for the Adobe Sign account admin.
Once done please have the users check if the Email address (not the username) under the Personal information in Salesforce is same as the email address of their Adobe Sign account. Once confirmed please have the user try sending documents from Salesforce.
