ERROR with Adobe Acrobat Sign invitation

Please help me I'm trying to sign up for Adobe E-Sign. after putting my ID and password I just got the following message: "Please accept the Adobe Acrobat Sign invitation previously emailed to you. If you have questions, contact your account administrator."

Please let me know for the administrator how to send the Adobe Acrobat Sign invitation again.

      Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

       

      Please confirm if you are using the same email address which is linked to your community. Ensure that you do not already registered that email address for Acrobat Sign before.

      If the invitation is already sent, try checking the inbox, trash or junk folder for that particualr email account.

       

      Note: Do not share the email address here on social platform. You can send it via private message.

      Thank you for the confirmation.

      We have checked your account using the email address linked to your community profile. The account shows as inactive. That is the reason you are not receiving any inivtation. This is something that needs the backed changes. 

      Please ask your account administrator to reach out to the support team so they can help you with the account activation. You may refer to the steps suggested in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/not-able-to-sign-the-document-asked-to-login-to-their-adobe-sign-account-adobe-sign.html.
