Error: Written signature agreements cannot have signature or form fields positioned

I've got a problem, please help

1) Select recipient
2) Choose "Fax Signature" send option

3) Press "Next" button

And then error alert... 1. Written signature agreements cannot have signature or form fields positioned

What i should to do?

Could you please let me know whether you are sending the document using Send for Signature in Acrobat DC or eSign service.
