The email I try to add is not already add I check. Whats the problem

Hi all.

Are there any updates?

On 'Users' tab I have: "" but still have the same error message: "You cannot add that email address to your account"

There are suspiciously details in server's response:

dwr.engine._remoteHandleException('6','0',{javaClassName:"java.lang.IllegalArgumentException",message:"You cannot add that email address to your account."});

If I don't have rights to add new user - it would be great to know it, but message above seems like there is some exception on back-end.

Please let me know what I'm doing wrong.

I am having a similar problem. I am trying to test out the Adobe Sign Enterprise account. I am getting this message: This user is already associated with a different account

Most of my "users" already have individual Adobe accounts with their corporate email address because we've never had an Enterprise solution. I need to connect all of them to this Enterprise account. How am I supposed to do that?
