getting error:

"The Adobe Sign remote application authorization configured is invalid. Please go to the Adobe Sign Admin page and reauthorize the Adobe Sign application. Contact your Administrator for assistance."

Installed in Salesforce, the Adobe account is 'linked', setup successful

Using Drawloop to send document to Adobe.
Error appears when clicking 'Send'

Another error:

Adobe Sign API returned error: : 401 : {"code":"INVALID_USER","message":"Invalid user ID or email provided in x-api-user header"}

Can send document via Adobe , error only in Salesforce

    Invalid user ID or email provided in x-api-user header mainly suggests that, the email of the user sending the  agreement is not a valid account in Adobe Sign.

    If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

    Hi,

    Your Salesforce User email address and Adobe Sign User email address should be the same.

    Hi Hassan,

    What if I want to have several signers? I have 5 Sales person and 5 Adobe sign accounts, How do I setup this in Salesforce?
