Question

eSign and Digital Certificates

How do I create a PDF where I add a digital ID signature field and send it out for signature.  I know I can add a digital signature in the Acrobat DC or Reader but I would like to use the cloud signing service to request a digital signature (not the typed version).  Is there a way to do this?

Thanks

Mark

I put my signature on paper (the old fashioned way with a pen), scanned then copied just the signature using the MS snipping tool, saved and added it to my account...now whenever I need to sign a .pdf, I click in the signature field and it magically appears!

Thanks for the reply.  I was actually looking for how to "request" a Digital Signature (using a certificate ID) - not a written signature.  Confusing as they use the same term for signatures (handwritten or typed) and a digital certificate ID.

Thanks

Mark

Hi pfeif4

You can use Adobe Sign service to create the form and place the fields on the document for Signature.

Adobe Sign Help | Forms, Library Document and Widgets

Adobe Sign Login page : Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign , Sign In using your Adobe ID to access your Adobe Sign account.
