How if my Esign ID hacked? or someone know my password and ID, is it possible to abuse my signature?

    Hi detow15137468 ​,

    Please make sure that you reset the password for your Adobe Sign account & your email account.

    Unless anyone has access to your Adobe Sign or your email account it won't be possible to user your Signature service.

    If someone tried to Sign the document on your behalf you can track it down using the IP address of the Signer from the Audit report in the Signed document.

    could you tell me how signature service work? its mean even someone has access to my Adobe Sign/email account he/she cant use my Signature?

    Hi detow15137468

    If someone has the password for your Adobe Sign/email account then user will able to Sign & Send documents on your behalf, however the IP of the system will be captured.
