Esignature appearing below signature line

Sent out document for eseignature. Recipient signed but the signature appears belove the signature line. How can I fix this issue? It has happened previously on documents.

Please let us know if the issue occurs with other signers or only with a particular signer. Also, please tell us the signature type used when sending a document for signature.  

We will get this checked.

It has happened with multiple signers. The documents are scanned and under tools, the "request esignature" is selected. Then the email and name of the recipient are entered and the signature location is selected, and the document sent.

We tried to recreate the issue and could not reproduce it. We assume that the problem is resolved now.

If you are still experiencing the same behavior, please let me know if it happens only with the scanned documents. Could you please help us replicate this behavior? You can create a test scanned file and use the same steps as you do for your other documents, on which the issue occurred. Please send it to your alternate email address and then sign the document. Please screen record all the steps you take. You may share the video in a private message if you wish. You may send a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.
