If you are using the desktop application to send the document, please try sending it through the Acrobat Online account.

Open the following link: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and sign in using your Adobe ID.

Then go to E-Signtab and select Request Signatures.

Check if that works.

Please confirm if you are using the desktop application or the Acrobat online account to send the document.

Were you able to send the document previously? Or is it the first time you have tried to send the document for signature?
