Esignature not accepting

Hello,

I'm trying to esign the Google HIPAA BAA online, and every time I try, the signature submit button does not activate. I've tried it in Chrome, FF, and IE. On my phone and my PC. The option to write the signature as text isn't available. Thank you for your help!

Hi Kat,

The signature option which is available on the esign form depends upon initiator if he/she wants users to use the type of signature (Biometric, Scanned Image, etc) to sign the form. Please check what type of signature is allowed on this form.
