ESignature tag no longer working after Feb 2026 release

No longer seeing signature being populated at signature tag. Is anyone else having this issue? We have 10 customers who we integrate with and send documents for signature through their Adobe Sign accounts. Half of them no longer recognize the signature tag and place the signature at the end of the document, while others are still working fine. Trying to understand what in the new release may be causing this or if we need to make a change going forward.

    Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

     

    As mentioned, the e-signature tag is not working for some of the accounts. Please confirm whether you use the same steps for all the accounts you use to send documents. It would be helpful if you could share more information about the workflow used here.

    We checked your account using the email address associated with your community profile. It shows that you have a Developer account. Could you please confirm if you are using the same account?

    We send documents through our customer’s portals.  They use different accounts.  Some of them work and some of them are not working.  Yes, we use all steps on our side to send.

    Please share a short video showing how you create the signature tags and how they appear at the recipient's end. You can use your alternate email address as a test recipient if you like. This will help us to understand what is happening.
