ESigning - is there an issue

I am trying to send a document for esigning.  When I go to enter the email address to send the document to, I get a message advising that account has been logged out and to try signing in again.  I am signed in, my subscription is up to date and appropriate.  Had no problems using this signing mechanism previously (and as recently as a couple of days ago).  I did do a Windows update last night.  

Is there an issue with esigning at the moment?
