EU Cyber Security Recommendations on eSignatures

I wanted to flag an interesting report issued last week by ENISA, the EU's cyber-security agency, on recommendations for cross-border trustworthiness and interoperability in terms of eSignatures. Notably, this includes several case studies worth understanding.
