Question

All Excel files are giving "The agreement has been cancelled due to problems with document processing. More info."

I even created a new Excel file with only "test" in the first cell. Saved it as test.xlsx, logged onto Adobe Acrobat Sign online > request e-signatures > dropped the file in > clicked "myself" as Add recipient > selected Preview and add fields >> get the error "The agreement has been cancelled due to problems with document processing. More info."

Microsoft® Excel® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2511 Build 16.0.19426.20218) 64-bit

If the issue occurs only with the Excel files, could you please confirm when the issue started?

Please share a sample Excel file with us so we can review and replicate the behaviour. We will share more updates once we have the sample file.
