Export Models

Hi DataCube,

As I understand, you are referring that you need to transfer the templates of your account to another user.

As the templates are added by you, only you or the one who can access your account will be able to make changes to those templates.

There is no option to export the templates to someone else.

If you wish to transfer them to other users, try the workarounds mentioned below:

1. Convert the template to PDF and share that PDF. So, they can upload that PDF to their own library as template.

- Go to Manage > Library Templates and click on the document template you wish to transfer.

- Then in the preview window at right, click on PDF and download the template PDF.

- Then you share the PDF of the template with the other user.

2. You can transfer the access of your account to the other user by updating the email address of the new user.

However, that will give access the new user the access to the other documents in the account.
