Exporting Signature Pages Only

Has anyone had success with exporting (in PDF) only pages from a signed document that required signer's interaction?  IE I have a 100 page document, and there were signatures, radio buttons, address boxes on pages 15, 20, 75, and 99.  Is there a way to only export those 4 pages rather than the whole document?

Please be informed Signed documents are encrypted documents, trying to extract/exporting pages from a Signed document will violate the security of the document and it won't be a valid contract anymore.
