I have my other email's listed on the external archive so that I am notified and get a copy of all signed documents. I was getting all docs sent to my external archived email address until recently. I just stopped getting all notifications.
I removed and added my emails back to the account and still nothing.
Is anyone else having issues with this? I cant get any support from Adobe because apparently, they don't offer support for Adobe Sign!

Hi bobh11015112​,

I have check your test transactions and  and found that the external archive is correctly setup.

If the users in the external archive are still not receiving the notification emails that means they are being blocked somewhere on the email server. Please ask them to contact their IT admin as it seems that the emails are getting blocked at the users end due to some filter or firewall.

Have the same problem. Dont get any emails to external archive email. This is a normal gmail so dont understand why it would be blocked.
