Extra Signature Bar

Hello all,

Adobe Sign has randomly starting adding an extra signature bar to all of my documents. Specifically, this has happened when I am the prefiller and creatign a signature for someone else.  Upon doing some research, I found it may be because my created signature field is not requred. However, I checked and all my fields are required. 

It keeps adding:

Signature:

Email:

Company: 

To the bottom of all things I create. Can someone please advise? Thank you.
