Fail to sign a pdf file

Hello. I have a problem when I want to sign a pdf file. The screen called "Sign with a digital ID" doesn´t appear. Instead a black screen appears and it never loads the screen where I can select the certificate. Then the application hangs.

Does anybody have the same problem?
