Failed to retrieve form data from Adobe Sign

I am trying to create a SF Contact from a successful widget signing and when I do I get the following error:

Failed to retrieve form data from Adobe Sign, any Adobe Sign Form Field mapping will be skipped: echosign_dev1.EchoSignDataMapping.EchoSignException Unable to retrieve FormData from EchoSign: Unable to retrieve FormData from EchoSign: Callout from triggers are currently not supported. (echosign_dev1) 948 Attempted to map to a related object reference which was not set on the agreement: echosign_dev1__Recipient__r

I have confirmed that my form fields match up the data mapping fields in Salesforce.

Unfortunately, I seem to think the error is on Adobe Sign's side with how support inputted the callback URL. When I do sign the widget, only the email address and name that was signed with get merged into the SF Contact Record and none of the form field values get merged into their respective SF Fields.

As you have mentioned above, you are experiencing an issue when trying to retrieve data from Adobe Sign using the Salesforce.

I would suggest to Adobe Sign contact support and get this checked.

You can contact support by using the steps mentioned below:

• Login to your Adobe Sign account directly via Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign

• Once logged in, check the upper right corner of the page and click the question mark icon.

• It will re-direct you to the page where you get the option to create the support case or to start a chat with the team.

• If you've never logged in this way, use the forgot password option on the login link to set your password.
