Feature Request: One field, multiple locations, multiple tooltips

Hello!!!

This might not seem as though it has anything to do with tooltips at first, but I arrived at a problem with tooltips in an attempt to solve an even greater problem. In the two files attached, one is in English and the other is in Spanish. The thing is that the Spanish document is the same thing in Spanish as the English document. I need to send to some clients to sign in Spanish, but I need to then forward the documents on to a hospital where none of the employees speak Spanish. I could have the two versions in one Adobe Sign document using the cloning/locations feature. However, this brings up a problem: Tooltips change in lock-step on all locations of the field. I understand that tooltips are meant to be short, and having multiple languages on the same line makes them quite long. It is impossible to condense the purpose of some of the yes/no questions to less than five words in English alone. I honestly believe that a simple solution to the problem of making Adobe Acrobat Sign more cross-language-compatible would be to allow tooltips per field location.
