File Attachment field added in template don't appear in document

Hi,

I have a strange issue with my templates. I added a file attachment field in a template. But when using the template to request a signature, the file attachment field is not present (same thing for an image field).

But if, in the editing steps, I add manually a field attachment to the file, this last one is shown and work correctly.

I'm I missing some config?
