can we able to convert the file format from Pdf to Word (vice versa) and Jpg to Png (vice versa) in the Adobe Sign tool. Kindly suggest me the steps/process to be followed to proceed further.

For the conversion from Jpg to Png use Photoshop.

Adobe Sign is an esignature solution used for signing and approving agreements it does not have the functionality to convert from PDF to Word or Excel or to edit PDF documents for this you would need to use Adobe Acrobat DC Standard, Adobe Acrobat DC Professional or Adobe PDF Services API dependant on your specific requirements.
