Fill and sign a Contract

Question

Iam new to this product and still learning. My question is more like; is this possible and how to do it

This is what I do today:
On a website a user can fill in a form with several personal details like name, adress and a Installation date. The form generates a PDF that from now on is a contract. The contract is by email, sent to the client and they have to sign it manually and return the contract as a scanned file with a signature.

This is what i want:

I want a standard contract to available online for any user to fill out the contract and ofcource sign it. The contract must be available on a website with a link etc.

How would you do that? and sorry for the poor language

JensenDenmark This certainly can be done with programming if you have the skill and a list of the Adobe Sign APIs. Can you program? Do you have the API documentation? I don't have the documentation, but know from previous threads on this forum that what you want to do is doable if you have the appropriate level of service. I don't believe you can do this for example with a personal account.
