Fill and Sign - Not Sync'ing my signature from iOS to Adobe Pro DC

Hi,

I'm using Adobe Pro DC Teams Edition, it comes with Adobe Sign Individual.

I've downloaded the Adobe fill and sign app on my iPhone X and I'm reading that it should sync my signature I've created to Adobe document cloud and then be available to sign documents in Adobe Pro DC.

The signature I've used is not appearing in DC.

How can I get it to sync?
