Fill & Sign

We use Fill and Sign to obtain customer signatures, at the moment we use it on two home computers but require to use it on a tablet when out on the road. Is there any way we can update our plan to allow this without signing out of one of the home computers. Fill and Sign comes as part of our Adobe DC Pro Package.

Any help would be appreciated.
