Filled fields and signatures are blank when printed by email recipient. How to make fields stay populated?

I have filled several fields and inserted a couple of signatures in a document and sent it back to the requesting party via email. When they open the document they can see that I have filled it out, but when they print it all the fields appear as blank.

Using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2015.008.20082 on Mac 10.10.4

In the Print box select "Documents & Markups".
