Question

Final signer(s)

In many agreements the places that signers sign is different than where the counter signers sign.  This isn't an issue when the number of signers is known when creating a document, but if the document is designed for a variable number of signers then it becomes problematic to get the final signature in the correct location.  It would be nice to be able to specify a final or sender as the participant on a signature block then the last participant or the sender would sign in a specific location.

Hi exotherm

If there are 3 signers who need to sign the document, then place the signature fields for all 3 where you want them to sign, and assign the roles correctly to the fields. When a signature field is not assigned to a signer, then a signature block gets added at the bottom of the document by default.

If you have any additional signer added later, you can preview the document before sending, and then assign a signature field for the new signer.

Let us know if you need further help.
