Font type, Attachment Field, and Signer Info Fields

Hi everyone, I am using Adobe Sign to create some agreements, but I have some questions, hope anyone can help me.

1. There is an option to load a different font type for "Signer Info Fields"?
2. There is an option to set Read Only for "Signer Info Fields"?
3. The "File Attachment Field" has the option to attach many files (because at this moment it allows only one document)?
