"Forbidden" access to Acrobat Sign

At my organisation we changed the profile on Acrobat site and now we cannot access Acrobat sign. When trying to log in, we receive a message that it is linked with the old expired profile.

I need to get hold of an agent to help us remove the old profile and link Acrobat Sign to our new profile, but whenever I try to seek help I only get the virtual assistant which cannot understand the request.

Did you purchase directly thru Adobe or a Reseller.  If directly, go to Contact Adobe support and scroll down to this 

If purchase thru a Reseller, they should be able to help you.    

You need to archive the users accounts for it to be clear of the old profile.  Each user needs to give Adobe permission individually.

Thank you mariahweyne for your reply.  I finally managed to get hold of an agent and explained the situation and this was tackled and resolved immediately. It seems that when a new profile is setup, the Acrobat license is transferred automatically but the Acrobat sign license needs some work to be transferred.
