Forces sign to access nxt page of document

Question

Hi there,

is there any way the singer has to sign the front page of a document before opening the nxt page?

I want them to agree to terms before I give them information on working abroad.

Thanks for your help.

You could create a required checkbox or intials form field on the front page to gather this information.
