Hi, I need some help for reusable templates.  I dont get option 4 and 5 in my portal and if someone can help, it will be greatly appreciated.

The options shown in the screenshot above will not work for you. The Acrobat Sign solution plan is customized for businesses. You will need to contact the sales or support team to change the current plan to the Acrobat Sign solutions plan. The sales team will provide the cost depending on your requirements for the plan. Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

I checked your account and saw an active subscription for Acrobat Sign Individual.

The feature you are referring to above is available with Acrobat Sign Solutions and Sign for Government.

The basic features are available on the individual account, and they are not configurable.
