Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

 

I checked your account and saw an active subscription for Acrobat Sign Individual.

 

The feature you are referring to above is available with Acrobat Sign Solutions and Sign for Government.

 

The basic features are available on the individual account, and they are not configurable.

Thanks Souvik, can I upgrade my exisiting version to  Acrobat Sign Solutions ?  Can you provide a link to upgrade ?  When I try to upgrade is see these options.  Let me know if Acrobat PDF Pack will work or do I need Acrobat Pro.  I would like to keep the cost low as I only want to use the form field template feature.  

If this is going to be a whole new purchase, let me know that as well.
