Form Requesting Initials from Wrong Signer

Hello,

I have a form with sequential workflow for seven signers, and then myself as the approval. The form has required fields for initials and date for each signer, then Adobe Sign has added required signatures at the bottom of the form. When I release the form to Signer 1, they input their initials, date, and signature, but then it says that the initials and date for Signer 2 are required before they are able to send the form to the next person. A redacted version of the form is attached so you can see the workflow.
