Form wont update once sent to signer

I have made a form with two drop downs with export value amounts added to each item, when one is selected the grand total updates with the prices.

when I review the form on Adobe DC all is fine but when I send the form and the signer selects the options they desire the total price does not change or update.

this was working earlier today but no longer, please help

    Turns out you need to upgrade to Business or Enterprise Adobe Sign in order to use formulas, as if I dont pay enough for creative suite.

    Hi Lachlan,

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    As you have the Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, you get the Adobe Sign individual account as a part of Adobe Acrobat DC.

    The feature you are looking for is only available on the business level Adobe Sign accounts.
