Form Workflow

i want to make a form where, the sender has to prefill before sending, the signer to fill in the form and then to a review that completes the form, how do we do this?

There are a few ways to do this. You can create a reusuable template in the library with the fields already on the form:

Or, as an Admin, you can create a workflow that the sender needs to prefill. If there is consistent routing (to the same roles each) time workflows will simplify the whole process and same a lot of time.
