Formal distributor Api access
Hi, I'm a formal distributor of Abnet, Israel and I willing to create POC project of Adobe Sign API. I've created developer license named on "Effective Implementations". I have an issue when I'm executing API call - I'm getting response:

"message": "The API caller does not have the permission to execute this operation"
}
I read that this error retrives when you're on trill plan.
I would like to know if as a formal distributor, I could get a free access to the API?
