Free 90 day trial ended after 30 days

I signed up for a free 90 day trial for small business and yesterday my account reflected that there were 61 days left in the trial. Today is says that my account has expired and I am unable to send any documents out. I have been in chat for 2 hours 45 minutes and they do not know how to reinstate the remaining 60 days of the free trial to my same acocunt.
