Generating Certificate of Completion

When I send a document to be signed and/or reviewed, after everything is done, I can download the audit report as "extra" evidence. DocuSign allows an additional option to download a Certificate of Completion, which includes not just information about the signers, but also things like the IP address they used when signing, and other similar idetifiable information.

Is that something that is possible to do with Adobe Sign.
