Question

Get signed from users that are dynamic in nature

Hello,

I’m preparing acknowledgment forms where the list of users can change.

For each batch, the forms should go to all users for signature first, and then to their director at the end.

It’s not feasible for the director to sign each individual form one-by-one.

Is there a way to map a table input and automatically create, route for signature, and send?

Let me know an idea how to make use of Adobe forms and eSign.

Hi @jamg_its,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

Adobe Acrobat Sign does not support one-click bulk routing exactly the way you described, but Bulk Sign can help you achieve it to a certain extent.

In Acrobat Sign:

1. Each agreement is a legal transaction

2. Each signer must sign each agreement individually

3. A director cannot sign “once” to approve multiple agreements at the same time

So the director will always be signing one agreement per document. What can be optimized is how those agreements are created and sent, so the director does not have to manually manage them.

The method closest to your workflow would be to use Bulk sign with a reusable template:

1. Create a reusable template with Acknowledgment text, one signer role for Employee, and one signer role for Director.

2. Now, send the agreement using Mega Sign. More info here: https://adobe.ly/3N17zrn

Note: The features that you are referring to: One document signed by multiple employees, and then once by the director, or a single “director approval” covering many agreements, and bulk director signing in a single click, are not supported, as these are legal and compliance limitations.

Hope this gives some clarity.

Souvik.
