Getting an error as "Unable to authorize access because the client configuration is invalid: invalid

Hi,

I am using correct shard but still getting error given in subject. I am using devloper free account to try this integration. when I created devloper account it got created in india shard (https://secure.in1.adobesign.com/) per my location.  Just for security masked ngrok redirect url and client id; both are correct .

Can someone please help ?
