Getting "Duplicate Field" error when Cloning field

Why am i getting a "duplicate field" error when using cloned fields?? i want the same thing to appear in all the cloned fields, isnt that the purpose? can someone assist. thank you. 

 

i am thoroughly disappointed in this software. its trash. if docusign wasnt triple the price, id go back

Would you mind sharing more information about your workflow to clone fields?

Share the step-by-step workflow you do to create the form. It would be helpful if you could share the screenshot as well.

It will help us to understand the issue you face.

i am using a 4 padg pdf  Agreement (template) that i send to my client prior to working for them. On the first page is their name, address and date. I would like those three items to repeat on page 4 of the pdf which is an invoice. Would save me many steps. I used to attach a separate, single page pdf of the invoice, but i cannot add another page to an existing tempalte
