Getting message "document can't be thumbnailed."
I am unable to send out any documents because I'm getting a message, "Can't be sent because the document can't be thumbnailed." I have never had this issue before. How to fix?

It's working now -- and I did nothing to fix it, so it must have been a temporary glitch. Did anyone else have this problem this morning?
