Going paperless / having electronic forms

Our company is trying to go paperless.  We are looking for ways to have electronic forms on a tablet or other mobile devices.  We need to have our sales orders, work orders and other paper work that we use, to be readily available for us to open, fill out, and have the customer sign, and be able to upload back to our servers or to the cloud. Which product would be the best for what we are trying to do?
