Going to the "manage" tab in sign only shows a server error "something went wrong"

For the past several weeks, I cannot access the manage tab. I get a graphic and the following message "Something went wrong.

The server failed to respond with a valid search result. Please try again in a few moments." So I can see, retract, etc any of my documents.

Any help? I can't use the product if I can't manage my documents.
