Groups in adobe sign

How can everyone in a group within Adobe Sign have access to the documents and status in the Adobe portal along with email notification when the status changes.:

If using Acrobat Pro, this cannot be done.  Only with Sign for Business and Enterprise.   Refer to this link Share an account with another user (adobe.com)

We have checked that you are using the Acrobat Sign Enterprise service plan. As Mariahweyne mentioned, you can share the account with another user. For more information, refer to the following help document on how to share the account: https://adobe.ly/4eAGe82

As you mentioned, for Group sharing, you will need Advanced sharing. Refer to the steps suggested in the following document for Advanced sharing between group members: https://adobe.ly/4eGv2Xq
