Handling product orders

Is it possible to create tables of data?
A bit of detail, I'm integrating with dynamics and my client wants to send an agreement once a quote has been generated.  A quote may have multiple quote products (1 of item A, 3 of item B etc etc.)
I can't see a way of referencing the quote products from the quote entity and I guess a larger problem is that I can't see a way of generating a table at all which could hold such a thing.
