G'day, I have created a document for two specific groups to use as a 'Reusable Document' and 'Any user in my group'. The problem is when someone loads the document for signing they are able to edit the document unsure why as none of the users within the groups can only send documents and delegate to a different user.

Sorry for the delay in response.
As you have created the template for groups, it can be used by any member of the group and can be edited as per the requirement on the Preview page.
There is no default option to restrict editing on the template in the preview page.
However, no one can make changes to the original template.
It can only be edited by the owner of the template.
